I have to be brave. And for me, being brave is like just jumping. Like I imagine myself as a little kid jumping two feet in a cold pool. And you know, once you get in there, it's not as cold as you thought it was. That's right. I also think about other people like, must be terrifying to have to stand alone in a room or I think, oh, I'm going to go say hi. Why not?
