It's traditionally there's, you know, sake needs to be made with a certain ingredients.

Yeah, so this one is definitely unique to the Brooklyn Kura and also this whole new category of craft sake, which is becoming a very, very popular, started kind of here, but then it is growing in Japan as well.

So there was a hard time expanding in Japan.

And then also, believe it or not, sake in Japan

like younger generations, uh, they, they, they always, uh, had this image of sake being a old man's drink.

So a lot of, um, people who enjoyed, uh,

you know, wine when it started coming in or like spirits, you know, those were becoming more trendy, more popular.

So the sake, you know, was having a hard time selling to the younger generations.

So all that different elements got together and then little by little, the local business start to shrink, right?
