The first time I met Ernie was, he was 13, I was 14.

And it was the first time I played a big junior event down in South Africa.

And he just came back from America winning the Junior World.

And I ended up playing a practice round with him.

And that's the first time I really met Ernie.

And I had a good week that week.

I think I finished fourth in the stroke play and managed to then get picked.

And that's where me and Ernie started playing against and with each other.

And we went through the military together for two years and we played on the same team.

And from there on, I went more to Europe and Ernie came back to play more in the States.

Yeah, we've been good friends, but lately we've become more and more friends.

We go out for dinner a lot.
