Chronological is still a go-to, but tailoring maybe some of the functions instead of bullet point, you may want to expand on a few based on the important aspects of the opportunity.
But, you know, JR, that's interesting because that only comes with research.
I think if an individual is looking to change jobs or an individual is looking to, you know, find employment, they need to understand that that is in and of itself a full-time job.
That requires research.
That requires networking.
That requires practice.
That requires putting all of your skill set on paper and making sure it's grammatically correct and having, you know, a neutral person that you trust review it.
It's an effort.
I mean, that represents you.
That represents your capabilities without question.
So do not skimp on that.
And understanding that a one-page resume is ideal for staff or support roles.
If you find yourself going over into two pages for those types of opportunities if you're an employee, but that information that trickles into the second page is the return on investment, then do it.
Because that is instrumental.
That is your capability as far as I'm concerned.

I think it's important to ask those questions.
