It's an incredibly rigorous and challenging business awards program.

Honestly, I enter a lot of awards, as you know, and my company's won 38 awards for excellence.

But to win, if you can win the Telstra one, you've made it.

Honestly, it is the hardest, most challenging.

So to enter, you have to do two written submissions of about 10,000 words each.

Then you have a panel interview of three people.

And then if you make the cut, then you do another panel interview with three really senior people.

So one from Telstra and two other independent judges.

And the level of questioning they drill down to is just unbelievable.

We had the final judging on Tuesday and then last night they announced the winners.

But unfortunately, we didn't win.

But look, I'm really proud of my team and being able to actually be called a best of business finalist in 2022.

Oh, thank you.

It is.

Look, it's a real honor to be amongst all those other businesses.

And there were some great people in the room too, and some very worthy winners.

So I mean, someone has to win and take out the gong.

But for me, I look at the awards program as how can I improve my business?

What can we do better for our customers next year?

And how can we really step up to the next level?
