It was a big, big crash for that to come down.

I got a job on The Big Breakfast about three months later where the host had been in prison for dealing cocaine.

And it was a place that really taught me about ideas and it just really suited my brain and it changed the course.

So it changed absolutely everything.

Maybe a bit.

I mean, there was another guy, actually, who I was friendly with, who was giving quotes about me to the newspaper I confronted.

There was a bit of that going on.

There was a bit of, what are you doing that for?

Yes, I suppose it did, but not as much as it should have done, I think, is how I'd describe it.

Sometimes when you go through a trauma, it impacts you in ways that you can understand and it impacts you in ways you can't understand.

But you do get yourself back to a place once you're through it where you feel the same as you did before it.

As in, I think we need to do that.

Do you know what I mean by that?

When you come outside of pain, you want to get back to your happy place and life to be like it was before.

Yeah.

I didn't have too much trust issues because I think as a young man, I just, I wanted my life to get back to, because I was happy before and I wanted to see the world in the same way.

So maybe it didn't affect trust issues as much as it should have done.

You would think the visa issue was because of what happened on Blue Peter.

It wasn't.

I moved to America.
