I had to raise $8 billion last year to merge Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus together.
It took $8 billion of capital, which we raised.
It was a very difficult transaction to get done.
$8 billion.
Money didn't get lost.
The money was used to refinance the business.
The business going forward is going to be profitable.
And the money that got lost was the equity that was put in the company.
So that's my loss and other people's loss.
And, you know, we're sophisticated investors and that's the way it is.
Okay, first one is kind of similar to your philosophy, is you have to have courage.
