um selling uh licenses to system integrators as well and doing uh enterprise pre and post sale support.
Um and then the what I like about that is um a lot of people have worked with IT sales people and they make all these promises and they never keep to them.
Um my role included making those promises, how was the solution work for them, understanding because I had the technical knowledge to understand how they were using South Force, what problems they had, how to use elements to solve those problems, but also then the onboarding side.
So once they bought a license, I had to make sure it works as per the promises that we made.
Oh, it's never easy, of course.
Anyone that's worked at System Integrator will know they're very careful with their money.
So your your product on tool has to be very good.
Our biggest customer is Salesforce Professional Services, uh, over 10,000 people.
Uh so in that sense, no, it was quite easy, but obviously it comes at a price point that's very different to enterprise sales.
And the reason for that is SIs do not need as much hand holding.
Um, they can understand they're technically gifted people, they are generally
Better than the average IT worker.
In my experience, apologies if you're in IT outside of the SI, but in my experience, the better people I've worked with have been at the system integrators, also some great people and customers.
And so they were very much self-starters.
They were used to, like me, learning something new, just getting on with it.
Most of the sort of more enablement stuff I do is with the enterprise end customers who maybe have more junior teams or income.
complete teams, they have gaps in their teams, hence why they use system integrators to augment them or contractors.
Yeah, it is quite a spread.
Um and I think it's
fairly unique.
