And Salesforce is one of those many companies that are on that journey to take their customers because they have to stay relatable.
Interesting.
Um, I mean it does cross different sectors.
Uh typically Salesforce has been incredibly successful in things like financial services, life sciences, uh, media, telco, etc.
Um, but they have companies of all sizes.
What I think though is it's gonna be the medium early adopters and the larger enterprises who can pivot quickly are gonna get the most benefit.
I think that's the key area.
Um
We know anywhere there's a lot of competition, there's a need to stand out and financial services is one.
So how can we be more, not just with generative AI, but actually using more machine learning AI to actually predict people's behavior and analyze spending and identifying the right customers and segmenting our customer base for the most profitable customers as well.
Cause ultimately financial services is about profits more than anyone else, probably in the ecosystem.

Yeah, so um just for clarity at the start as well, I don't I'm uh and I'm no longer an organizer of the London or the Sussex user groups.
Uh those both uh ended for me um for good reason.
Uh Salesforce is unique in that ecosystem, having uh online portals like Trouthead where anyone can learn not just Salesforce but softer skills as well, more generic AI skills.
There's AWS courses, people may be surprised on Salesforce's Trailhead, but having that
learn all port portal having the tr certification and having their conferences their their public conferences has been a key part of people's learning journey.
So yeah, I've traveled globally to do that.
