Um, like a lot of companies, what they've done is disrupt themselves.
They've disrupted themselves with AI.
They've seen what's coming from other companies, uh what
Palantir are doing Sierra, other people are doing an ecosystem.
And then other smaller competitors like ServiceNow, again, having a very strong AI messaging strategy.
So Salesforce is very relevant.
Um and yet it is a very uh fast changing real note um
status of AI.
A whatever people build three months ago is potentially technical debt in three months.
But it's not a reason to wait.
And the reason to use uh agent technology on things like Salesforce is because you're building on top of a trusted, governed, stable platform, security built-in.
Yes, there's been some public security issues, but those issues have been phishing attacks on people, not so much phishing attacks on AI.
Although again, there is always gonna be those things as well.
And I think we still have where South Force is going as a is a system it was a system of record.
So people manually punching things in on a UI.
Uh we're moving that to a system of action.
So whether the UI is still relevant in the future is fascinating to me.
Whether people just converse with agents.
either typed or verbally or like we're talking now and things happen.
And that's incredibly exciting and terrifying at the same time.
