They own the problem of maybe a productivity issue, they own the problem of the uh lack of quality uh in an implementation.
So they they take ownership for it.
Maybe they're new into their role, they've inherited the problem from someone else typically as well, or it's just crept on people.
Time.
So they have a vested interest in solving that.
What's more a challenge is actually down at the developer and admin level, where the tools I've been working on can expose ways they could work better, shall we say?
Uh, and that can be difficult for people to accept because actually they've been monitored, the quality of their work is being measured.
And some people embrace that and say, This I can be a better person for.
This, just like use of AI.
Other people have gone, I've always done it this way.
I like the way it works today.
I don't want to use anything else.
And if if the people buy a product, the CIO CTO buys the product and the team don't adopt it, the CIO CTO looks bad.
So they need to engage the whole team, but they actually also need to make sure they've got a budget to buy the product in the first place or use a free tier of the product, uh, which is also a success.
If someone's using it, it's got value.

Yeah.
Um obviously Salesforce has come under at this time a lot of Flack and various publications.
Uh AI is hugely disruptive for the whole SaaS market.
And um I believe Salesforce is still incredibly relevant in the UK and elsewhere.
