And I think honestly the the the the nerves and the heart rate, I think that's why I'm actually not a fan of a team.

You know, I j I like football, I love Scottish football.

And you know, but I don't I'm not a fan of a team because I don't think I could cope week to week, game to game with the stress.

I think he's a he's a brilliant candidate for why we should have reserve.

I I came through with reserve football, that's what I know, so that's why I'll I'll I'll always advocate for that.

But B team football that allows first team players to play in it, it's it's essentially the same thing.

It's it's two sides of the same coin.

But he is a he's a brilliant example of why we need that stepping stone.

Going from under nineteens to first team is too big a

jump.

It's it's fine if you are and I've spoken about this numerous times, if you're Lennon Miller, if you're John McGinn, if you're even a Callum McGregor, these guys are exceptional.

But there are players out there who have got a lot of talent, a lot of potential, but they're just their their development is going to take a little bit longer.

And I would put Josh McPake in that category and he has to be given huge credit because it's very, very difficult and and you know and I and I speak about this as if I know but I don't I

I don't know um exactly what it feels like 'cause it didn't happen to me, but I've you know, I've I've seen it happen enough.

It's difficult for players to drop down and then come back up.

You know, y you've been at Rangers where the facilities are great.

Um the training grounds excellent, you're turning up there every day and then all of a sudden with all respect you're at Starlin Albion, you're part time.

So it's it's very difficult to keep that motivation up and and full credit to him um for for doing that.

But again, he's like I say, he's a great advocate for why we need reserve football or B team football in this country because th by the way some some I won't name them
