get that third postseason spot, that w third wild card spot or not.

It's a success because they kept the interest of the fan base.

You said twenty and ten.

That's a pretty accurate statement of what they need to do.

That would w get them to eighty four wins.

But they haven't shown that they can be twenty and ten at any point this season.

But the fans are still interested, the fans are still coming out.

They also have built the

a starting rotation for next year and since December first seems to be a lockdown date for baseball, they can go into that December first work stoppage and say, hey fans, we've got our rotation.

We're seeing if guys can come back from injury that were hurt on the offensive side of the ball.

And when we come back we'll be ready to rumble.

So I think it's been a success that uh August third

trade deadline and and I'm not sure whether other than the money that they rake in when they go to the postseason that they want to be crushed in the first round by anybody or whether they if they got to uh seventeen and thirteen and finished at five hundred, whether they could consider that a success.

Well, I I agree.

I think that we've we've both agreed that the uh bullpen is going to be Achilles heel down the stretch.

I mean, because they've been overworked, they got four guys with uh fifty nine plus appearances and they got s uh Spencer Miles who's never pitched more than fourteen in the third pro innings.
