I think they'd gone from 30,000 customers at the time and it diminished down to 20,000 and we'd gone from zero to eight and a half million.

So it's not about the idea, it's about making it happen.

So tell me, what were the key elements of your approach to execution that made you get to eight and a half million when they did not?

I mean, what did you actually focus on?

I think a key milestone in the business was saying, I wonder whether this model would work in a foreign country.

And first we went to France.

And when people say, why France?

Because it's notoriously difficult to employ people there, really difficult employment laws.
