Therapy.

Right.

You know, I'm like the healthiest people I know go to therapy or been to therapy.

And when I was, you know, going through my stuff, I talk about I talk about my mental health a lot.

I talk about how depression affected me and that I'm lucky that my depression wasn't harming myself or other people.

But, you know, I that was my journey.

But I learned about it and I was trying to understand the relationship dynamics between myself and what was going on in my head and obviously my parents.

Right.

Because that's where it stems from.

And I realized the business application to it as well, because there are certain ego states that come along.

And then I started to research it.

You know, Dr. Eric Byrne, I think he was in the 50s, created this concept.

So it's certainly not mine.

But just as more I explored it and read about it and learned about it, I was like, wow, this is a real strong business application.

So that's where I sort of fell into it.

I didn't like go seeking it.

It does.

So we all have a child ego state, and that's our emotional self.

So when we're disappointed or in sales, if you lose a deal or in life, if someone breaks up with you, it's your child ego state.

That's your emotional being that gets hurt.
