a really good question 'cause it's such a modern phenomenon, particularly since COVID, right?

And I I had so many people contact me over COVID saying, Oh, my life is really I'm in a difficult space here.

And we all thought working from home would be fantastic.

You're living at work, you know what I mean?

And then those ideas of like flexible hours become very inflexible because you're dropping the c you're dropping here and you're doing that and you're putting all these chores into your day as you're working.

And I th and I do think we're living in this age of like presenteism where you're expected to be present all the time and the fact that you're checking your emails at eleven o'clock at night makes you a good worker.

And I'd say, No, that makes you having that's a person who's got very poor bound boundaries in their lives and it's really important if you are working remotely and all that kind of stuff.

I often think that I hear this a lot, that they w they'd l they tune into a call and whatever it is, you know, s

what what what's Zoom Zoom exactly or Teams and they see all the office workers in there and they're kind of going, Well they're all getting on really great.

I'm at home, I'm outside the loop.

Jesus, I'm I'm I'm actually not making as I'm not as valuable as I used to be.

And it's really important that we kind of compartmentalize that stuff and say, look, I'm working remotely but I'm in there whatever days I'm in there.

Yeah.

That's where I'm in there making those kind of connections and not not allowing yourself to kind of like

put y put your only value into like the work that you're doing.

I think that's what really happens to people.
