What I was trying to do was, Matt, I started with my ex-husband. We were just dating at the time, and I really wanted to be 50-50 with him. I was putting in more of the sweat equity, let's be real. But financially, I wanted to be 50-50 so that we weren't married at the time. I wanted some security, and I knew I couldn't financially afford to bridge that gap.

Like I was like going to the sharks and at the end, he still short changed me five grand. He said, you got to make, got to make the other five grand on your own. I think you can do it. And I figured it out.
