And then there were babies that only listen to the audio.

But the only babies that

were able to develop those phonetic

the the ability to recognize the phonemes of Mandarin were the ones that were in the same room with the Mandarin speaker.

And they call that um

Engaging the social brain.

You have to engage the social brain which which then the babies, once they're engaged with that, they start taking statistical analysis of the phonemes, where they begin, where they end, where words begin and end.

People that speak tonal languages like Mandarin or Vietnamese have a thirty percent higher incidence of perfect pitch than other people.

So so I thought, well and and and the ability to learn a second language, they they call a your native language is the language that you learn as a baby.

So I call perfect pitch native music fluency.

That's my defin that's that's because you I believe in that same window.

So starting at nine months, they become, she calls it, culturally bound listeners, meaning they only can hear the sounds of the languages that are spoken in their household or that they've been exposed to.

And uh and that immediately so early on, but they were born with these

with with the neurons and the the the um the algorithms in the brain to hear

all these different languages.

So I think that perfect pitch is just another language that's retained by some babies and not retained by others.

There's there's probably a genetic component, so people that have uh good memory pitch memory.

Um, if I think like I said, b that that's a G, I'm pretty sure that's that's close to a G in my head because I

I can kind of hear what the sound of that is.
