Football has to be hugely conscious of its public image at the moment.

We have to, I think, tread extremely carefully.

I think the question you raise is a really, really valid one.

And that's something football has to embrace because at the end of the day, and it's the reason we've been

communicating with supporters.

We want the public, we want the supporters absolutely alongside us and with us.

And this is a time when football has got to be increasingly careful and conscious of its own image and making sure we're doing all we can to do the right thing.
