Uh you know, and then there was some rebuild and some lockouts and uh you know, and then in Philly uh we were a playoff team for a handful of years and then we're going through a rebuild there too, so it uh to join a

team and be at a different uh juncture of their path towards winning, it was uh quite the ripe.

Really enjoyed it.

Yeah, and that's I couldn't be more excited.

Uh I know Jeff believes in it, I know Stan believes in it and it's great for our players, uh whether it's draft capital, whether it's free agency, player acquisition, whatever way it comes or uh, you know, if we are uh you know, more of our picks are, you know, in the mid to later rounds too.

Uh you know, all these kids need development regardless of where we're selected.

But to have resources, uh

you know, to let the kids know that we care about them, to identify areas of improvement, have somebody to work with them daily and or not necessarily daily, but be on top of it daily.

Uh even the relationships, uh trust, understanding, growth, all those things, understanding motivations of the kids and anything that makes our product better, uh, and you know, I'm very, uh very excited that our organization has uh you know, from the from narrow down, uh

put resources into it and then I know the philosophy of both Jeff and Stan.

So Callie and his uh his crew, uh it's an exciting time.
