There's this group called the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee.

I think their whole thing is that they refuse to pay some or all of their federal taxes that go to pay for war.

But yeah, I mean, I don't think any of this is really new.

I mean, one of the first protests in this country, right, was the Boston Tea Party.

Right.

Yeah, where they're protesting unfair taxation.

But I'm also hearing in Holly's letter and also in the video of people, like it seems to stem back to this larger question of like, is the government actually using our money in a way that improves our lives?

And for a lot of people, the answer is in some cases, no.
