And having high standards, in my opinion, means that you care about your work.

You want to do a good job and

We should all care about our work and want to do a good job.

That gives us energy and enthusiasm when we live that way.

But perfectionism, I just want to say is

Is very different than high standards.

Because with perfectionism

How do I want to describe it?

It almost means that you're frozen.

You can't move forward until it's quote right.

Remember how we were talking about that work assignment that maybe is late?

Because you can't turn it in.

You want it to be so terrific.
