And I want to also tell you, you can be a perfectionist and also have a messy house.

Right?

You can be a perfectionist and maybe never be able to find your glasses like me.

I can never find my glasses.

My family is laughing right now if they're listening.

Does that make you less of a perfectionist?

Nope.

I wish it did.

But you can be a perfectionist even if you're flexible and chill and creative.

So what I'm saying is that some people think a perfectionist is somebody who's rigid and as far from ADHD as you can possibly get.

But I find that you can have ADHD and still be a creative free thinker with a messy house and a messy life.

And still be a perfectionist.

They can go hand in hand.

I know it almost sounds crazy, but it's so, so true.

And now that said what

I don't want to imply that just because you have ADHD, you're also absolutely for sure a perfectionist.

But just be open to the possibility maybe you do, maybe you don't, and if you don't, this is still I think a fun episode for you to listen to.
