And you've got to basically be able to toggle between them both.

I don't want to believe that the inner critic is the jet fuel.

I want to believe that it's like one of the engines, right?

But there's got to be that other engine because, you know, I also feel that, yes, I feel like the inner critic or that fear of failure, the possibility of shame, all these things can drive us.

I think it can also make us quite tense sometimes.
