Now, you can debate whether that's true or not, but some of the stories you can take literally, and some of the stories I think are meant to convey lessons to us about how things work in the physical world.

And we can't always take the scripture literally.
So in the modern world, I'm in academia, and so in academia we say, well, let's dismiss all that stuff.
None of that stuff is real.
