the, uh, you know, the, the, the menu creative and fresh and, um, you know, keep our guests, you know, um, uh, you know, trying new dishes.

And of course the planche experience really lends itself because it's such this kind of intimate experience, um, where we can, um, you know, be creative and, and come up with, with, with new items to offer, um, uh, where there's chefs cooking in front of you.

So it's, it's a great relationship and you gotta have that.

Cause if you don't,

and you don't understand each other's vision, it's really difficult to put that on a plate the right way.

Well, how can I just narrow it down to one thing?

That's the hardest part.

But I am excited.

We have a couple of really cool menus coming up.

For example, for Valentine's weekend, we are doing...

Thursday, the 12th through February 15th.

I always wanted to do this.

We're doing a play on the infamous mocha jete dish, which I love because I'm a variety type of eater, as I'm sure you are.

I like to have variety on my plate, and so we're making a shareable, mixed, our version of mocha jete.

We're not putting it in the stone, the traditional stone,

for this particular promotion, but it is like our version of it.

We're calling it our mixed dough platter.

It comes with grilled shrimp, macadamia asada, some nopales, and a variety of different dishes, and we're only offering that through the Valentine's weekend.

Absolutely.

Yeah, and most people don't know because we're a very experiential dine-in type of establishment, but we do provide a lot of work in our catering menu, and we're featuring it for the Super Bowl and doing a special.
