We turned it into walk-up taco stands.

Put four chefs behind all four plancha grills, and each grill had different, unique tacos.

And we even went off our menu and pulled in proteins like lengua and suadero, and it was really good.

People raved about it.

All right.

You know, it's usually one of those like people are.

That's a good one.

I like that.

But they're hesitant.

But once I was dishing them out and, you know, getting people to eat it, because once you eat it, you realize tongue is a tasty protein done right.

You know, it does have its kind of gamey components, but with, you know, obviously seasoned right and with, you know, things mixed into our taco, I mean, the flavors complement and go so well together.

Well, my main thing is talking to influential people like yourself, Neal.

What?

That gets the word out into people's heads and keeps them reminded of what we do.

So I appreciate it, as you know.

And that's kind of what we do with, you know, the way we approach getting the word out is essentially that.

So we love talking about what we do because it is unique.

We're very, you know, we're bringing something unique, not Mexican food.

That's not unique to bringing that to Southern California.

But, you know, we're very regional.
