But when Faith and Kelly hear this, they're shocked.

They feel like Janet wouldn't just make this up.

At certain points during the conversation, Faith tries to shield Kelly from the more gruesome details.

Then Janet drops another bombshell.

She tells Kelly and Faith that there's a recorded conversation between her son and the two other men.

Faith can see Janet is getting increasingly agitated, and so they end the conversation.

And Faith and Kelly leave.

After meeting Janet, Faith keeps her ear to the ground.

She reads the local papers and watches the news.

But there's nothing, no developments on Jack's case, and certainly no one being arrested or charged for being involved in his disappearance.

Police are saying nothing.

Then, about a week and a half later, Faith swings back by Janet's house.

and is stunned by what she sees.

Both Janet and her son seem to have left town.

By this point, Faith's been travelling back and forth between Tasmania and Queensland for weeks.

Her family's fed up and call on her to come back home.

I tried searching for Janet and her son.

I found multiple phone numbers, but when I called they either rang out or had been disconnected.

I also looked into the two men who supposedly helped move Jack's body.

I have their names, but for legal reasons, I can't name them.
