Because as good as offseasons as they've had, and they've had really good offseasons, including this one, Contreras, Sonny Gray, you'll go down the list, you know, across the board, Durbin.

But at the deadline, when you don't have weeks and months to figure things out and analyze things and negotiate, when you have to make the tough decision out of nowhere, they haven't been good for the last two years.

Now you have to do that.

And really, I think what they need is they do need more than the last couple of years, the sort of shock and awe acquisition.
