This is a difficult one that I think a lot of coaches would struggle with, but I think people in general would struggle, whether it be employment or anything else.

It's about your players.
And it's, you know, can you set them up for success?

Yeah, and it is – I mean, you touched on humility there as well, Catherine, which I think is a really good one.
Like I love when someone in an interview says, look, this might be a gap.
Like for me, like this – I'm not brilliant at this or I'm working on this, I'm working towards it.
For mine, straight away, it's like green flag.
Like that's fantastic.
Self-awareness, great.
