you go and you eat your feelings, essentially.
They mightn't be willing to come on and admit it to you, but it's there and I can attest to that.
It's pure and utter ignorance because obesity is a disease.
And the one line that is constantly put out there is eat less, exercise more.
I mean, when you go, if you're in the weight management clinic in Luxembourg and you speak to physicians and dieticians and psychologists, it's all that important because it's your head that you need to sort out.
And I'm glad you're talking about it now because it's rarely spoken about.
There was no rhyme or reason as to why I put the weight on as a teenager.
The only thing I could think of was that when I was a young guy, I was an asthmatic, and I loved playing football with the guys, but I'd be gassed out very quickly, and that used to get me down, and I used to go and eat my feelings, and that weight just spiraled out of control for a long time.
It matched my age, actually, at certain points in my life.
When I was 15, I was 15 stone, 16, 16 stone, so on and so forth, until I eventually reached the 31 stone that nearly killed me.
