Yeah.

And that's a very common scenario set up in, in the, in our industry right now.

I'm just saying, I don't see how that sustains over the long haul, especially if we go down this path, right?

Because one, you got to get big.

You just got to get big.

Netris, sure, it's fine, you know, but you know what?

Texas MLS would be more valuable, right?
