FMLS as an example.

It really does change the relationship between the broker and the MLS.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but let's put it this way.

I don't think this works in a realtor owned MLS.

FMLS is broker owned.

Right.

And his participants and his shareholders.

I think their shareholders are different.

So it doesn't matter.

Hey man, I'm advocating for it, but it's just something that they should be like, don't be blindsided by it.

Like walk into it, understand.

So like Netra says an example and Metro techs and, you know, these associations, like,

Hey, man, just walk into it with your eyes wide open.

That's all I'm getting at, right?

Because, like, the Metro's piece might work.

I'm not sure I see the Metro Tech's piece working.

But how are you generating the money to pay them?
