I think NAR is still interested in the MLS.

Um and it's not because it's literally because the document where they went came out with the new exclusive whatever rule.
The bottom two paragraphs just keep repeating local MLS rules, enforcement is up to the local.
Well then and I think that's why they called it a guidance, it's not policy.

So NAR even in its whatever is still just offering advice.

Because I'm like, that still costs time, energy and money and resources that probably should be better spent at things like lobbying.

Like somebody at NAR should have looked at this New York law that defines the MLS as a database and go, Time out.
We can't have that.
