I'm just talking about like the New York law that I looked at.
I'm like, that that's a mistake.
Somebody at NAR should have intervened in the Connecticut law.
Right, when that was being lobbied for to say, uh, you know, if you do this, you just got rid of mandatory submission.
And just got rid of required fields.
But here's I'm saying but to the extent that NAR still has some power, right?
Some ability to control they don't have any ability to control the MLS anymore.
They have some ability to control their states, don't they?
All right.
So like when the s when the Connecticut Associate Realtor said we're gonna go lobby for this, shouldn't somebody at NAR looked at that and go, Oh guys, like this is a problem.
We need to fix this.
And they didn't.
So I'm kind of like I'm not mad at NAR for you know producing guidance on this is what exclusive listings ought to be.
You know, but it's just guidance, it's just advice, it's a waste of time and money.
Wouldn't that have been better?
For example, like give more money to Shannon.
McGann's team so that they could go and talk to the state associates like y'all cut that shit out, right? 'Cause this is harming the MLS.
