And then Zillow will hand down the rules and that's the end of it.

And my issue is Zillow's not trying to give goodies.
They're like, we're going to force it.
You know, sometimes you got to do it.
But here's the important part of this, why I'm pointing to the Errol Samuelson talk about fresh listings, right?
The question to be decided is, who should have the right and the ability to take advantage of fresh listings?
No, I'm saying you want to talk about consumers.
Everything is consumers, I guess, at the end of the day.
Who should have that right?
Because that's what we're fighting over.
Compass is saying we should have that right as a listing broker.
Right?
And this is very similar to what the industry has been yapping about for over a decade, right?
You know, the Bill of Rights, not the Bill of Rights.
You know what I'm talking about, fair display guidelines.
I mean, Keller Williams was really big on this for a while, right?
So the broker's standpoint is we should have the right to take advantage of these fresh listings, right?
Zillow's perspective is, no, no, we should have the right because we're the largest portal.
I mean, that's effectively what this comes down to, right?
