But not on Zillow.
Zillow would be like lawsuit.
But when you think of it that way, that in a way is a more interesting conversation, actually, for the entire industry.
Like, okay, here's a fresh listing.
It's the most valuable.
Who should have the right to get the most benefit out of it?
Because the argument from the MLS perspective sort of works like this.
it's not the listing agent who should, listing agent or listing broker is not who gets to take advantage of that.
The entire community.
Even before IDX, that's what cooperation, in other words, you have a fresh listing, congratulations, put it into the MLS so that we all
the cooperative can take advantage of it.
And if that's the case, then that's the case.
That's the conversation.
And then the conversation can move to a different thing, which is a Zillow broker.
