In terms of this club then, do you think it's an easier, it's a horrible word in the scenario, but it's helped that it's a collective, that it's not one player who's had to make a big call and come and speak to you about something, but that if one player knows that they're going to have to do it, then another player is probably feeling the same thing and the chef's feeling the same and one of the coaches is feeling the same.
