There's nothing wrong.
And it's never been Brendan's case that when you go out there and you get 70 and it's like, yeah, well done.

They don't happen, I'm not always in the dressing room, so you'd have to speak to players around, but these conversations happen in person.
It's not just to sit around and go, right, okay, that's not his style.
He's always going to work individually.
In those tough conversations, he's always going to have them trying to help.
Sometimes it will be you didn't commit to that.
Sometimes you're trying to get to a point where they can commit to whatever they're looking to do.
