Way deeper on this fridge I've got at the moment than the last one I had.

And so you can absolutely lose things at the bottom and the back, for sure.

And whether you give me 20p off the total cost or not, I don't care.

I just don't want this thing, extra packaging, extra food.

That's what you want to do.

If you're going to be that fastidious with it and put in that much effort, you don't actually really need the tech.

Just doing the audit by the fridge open that I just suggested is probably enough to have avoided the food waste at least.

They're also in the business of trying to sell you a fridge before your last one breaks.

They're just trying to get new features into a thing so you upgrade, and then what do you do with your old one that's still perfectly working?

Hopefully give it away to charity or resell it, but that's just feeding the whole system of consumerism, isn't it?

Yeah, I'm sort of now thinking, I knew it was going to be the tablets.

We talked about it, yeah, but we had to cut it out.

And concentrates and stuff like that where you actually get a small and you can add the water yourself at home and it's an efficient way to buy stuff, isn't it?
