It's really great to see that there's been some work done on this and great to see it in the news.
My fear is that it will just sit on the shelf and it won't actually change any government policy in terms of switching from so much focus on recycling to much better design standards.

Yeah, I was very surprised to see this as well.
I think maybe it's because all of the product gets discharged out of it and you're just left with the unit, the canister itself, which is an empty unit of packaging.
That's the only logic I can put to it.
And that's the same reason why a tea bag isn't packaging because the tea stays inside the bag.
The bag isn't disposed of separately as a piece of packaging.
And this is why milk...
You know those coffee pod milks?
Oh yeah.
They are packaging.
Because the milk comes out of it.
Like a Tassimo where you have like a milk one and a coffee one.
So because the milk is actually liquid that comes, it gets pierced and it comes totally out.
It's not like the coffee where the water just gets passed through the coffee and the coffee sort of stays in.
So those milk ones, for the same reason as the nitrous oxide canisters, they are all packaging.
Greengrocer.
So as you did give me the warning that we were going to be talking about coffee, I thought we had to talk about how we're going to package up our coffee in the greengrocer.
but we have to make some stipulations here don't we on the size how much coffee but also the format because i just don't think we can say coffee universally because there's granules there's pods there's um obviously just beans that you can grind up yourself at home so i'm going to say the actual the granules instant coffee instant coffee granules given that we've talked about the fact that they are the most carbon efficient way to be drinking coffee
