It damages people.

I can't tell you the number of overdoses tied to them, but I will tell you that fentanyl on their marijuana is a major issue.

And I will also tell you that we have between 8,000 and 10,000 overdoses a year in this state, hundreds and hundreds of fatal overdoses.
