uh because they are really uh standout leaders, all of them.

uh and uh th the top of the uh uh of the franchising

uh uh business

Uh and that they would spend their time choose to spend some portion of their time with us.

Hopefully not a full forty hours a week.

uh uh is uh is amazing.

And so I I I appreciate that you recognize that.

It's a testament it's a testament to them and this which is why I I you know I think the staff we we've had uh um um a meeting just a few days ago where we talked about this and and uh uh uh I know how much people invest and look forward to the uh uh to the annual uh convention for us and uh uh that's why, you know, we're so proud of of with the help of all of these volunteer leaders

uh of what we've been able to put together and and one of our big focuses this year is uh is uh on our uh twenty fifth anniversary of uh the VetFran program, which uh uh hearkening back to the Texas roots, uh you know, was uh uh was started and initiated uh by Dina Dwyer Owens' father, uh Don, who was uh in the military and uh

uh is now celebrating twenty five years and we have

uh an amazing uh number of uh jobs that have been created in the franchise industry and uh folks from the uh from the military uh that have uh that have become active in this business.

and uh that are thriving.

Uh and uh it's because

of the marriage of the of the skill sets that they bring from them and the discipline and the teamwork

that they bring f uh with them from the m the the military.

I had a um conversation with a senior officer who's getting ready to uh uh lead uh a ranger battalion uh in the coming months and uh he said uh uh to me, you know, sometimes it's tough for uh an infantryman, a ground pounder to uh you know, to find uh to translate those job skills when they come out of the military into the next

you know, into the next career.

And I said, Well, uh
