They're gonna be judging that contest and uh well you know uh top winners uh of the first round are are gonna go on to present their uh uh plans uh for a f the final round and judging during the annual convention.
So it's uh

You know, the regular things that you're used to, uh that people draw such high value from, uh discussion, uh take out uh breakout sessions of all different kinds.
just phenomenal.
Again, uh more more uh not at the not at the uh operational uh IFA uh Board of Directors leadership level but but uh but folks that
that continue to give and that continue to be involved for the betterment
uh of this business model and uh you can't buy
talent like that.
We could never buy it if we if we wanted if we weren't.
