And then uh in addition, uh as we've been growing the the fan, uh the franchise action network
we have opened those tools up to small business owners all around the United States and so uh in various different uh uh discrimination actions that were taking place on minimum wage in cities uh around the United States.
uh we uh uh launched uh helped launch these these folks into the social media sphere by um uh tweeting at members that were meeting in different city councils and mayor's offices uh to voice their perspective.
And uh we uh I'm really excited to say we grew fan last year
from around a thousand uh members to about ten thousand.
But we have over eight hundred thousand business units out there uh in the franchise world and we really need to raise our collective voices to bring that pressure to bear.
And uh I I'll tell you this.
uh it is going to be increasingly difficult for uh uh people that aren't with us
to ignore um, you know, these employers in their in in their hometowns and in their districts.
um that are uh uh getting more and more concerned about the threats that are coming at them.
And we've only talked about NLRB at this point, which is which is what we in t at IFA uh term an existential threat.
But the other ones that I uh the other one that I mentioned was the the wage an hour
uh uh uh work that uh you know there there there are hundreds of new um over the past several years hundreds of new um investigators and uh lawyers uh over at the Department of Labor whose job it is to prosecute things and they're they're looking to do them serially, not um
Um
you know, not uh one business at a time.
So they would like to find some chains
uh where they can can make some hay.
We have uh we have uh uh the uh ACA healthcare issues that are getting ready to uh to hit small businesses.
We have uh discriminatory minimum wage we have which we've already touched on and we have uh federal regulations on overtime and the persuader rule and we have issues with access to capital at the same time.
