Um i it uh it becomes incumbent on us at this time uh to seize an opportunity to uh get everyone on the same page because

If uh franchisee groups and franchisors are busy

Uh focus.

on one another and arguing about uh uh contract rights

uh in particular instances uh

we distract ourselves from the wolf that is really at the door and that government regulation uh threatens to uh destroy everyone's lives, franchisees and franchisors and and it doesn't discriminate.

So uh uh as I as I look at this

uh getting people uh to to focus on that threat first

And not to minimize any of the other threats, by the way, uh, is I think is job one uh for us.

And uh so I I I I really look forward to Aziz's leadership.

In that regard, and I look forward to his vision.

And we're we're gonna be uh I think taking a decidedly more

uh engaged tack.

uh to uh clearing some of the uh underbrush out

uh in that particular uh arena uh and hopefully to focus together

on the joint employer issue.

uh because

i that one is extremely vexing and uh it threatens everybody from doggy daycare to uh you know uh uh very sophisticated uh medical uh uh clinics that that do analysis for franchises.

So um I I uh I think that that that is our uh
