It's a lot, but uh that's part of the race.
Normally you you taper for the race, so you cut back on training, maybe have one last
uh medium or a little bit higher intensity session on Friday or Saturday, depending on your approach.
And after this, I would start with the loading.
You don't need to overeat.
Maybe 10 grams if we we talk about 10 grams, it's easy to remember, just take 10 grams should for most athletes should be enough.
And if you only weigh fifty-five kilos, that's five hundred and fifty grams of carbs.
And this everything, like it's what you eat on the bike or on the run, on your last training, what you eat afterwards.
Just do a calculation and roughly get this number in.
If it's a little bit less or more, I don't think it matters too much.
Um, just make sure that you had a have a lot of carbohydrates.
the day before.
What I would not do is to overeat in the evening before the race, just get most of the carbohydrates in over the day and have a normal sized dinner.
And that's it.
Yeah, that's that's probably this is probably the easiest.
Um
Just the start is normally quite early.
So I don't think if a start is at seven AM, you need to get up at four to have food three hours before the race.
The glycogen stores should be full.
From the loading, so you won't deplete your muscle glycogen stores overnight.
