What did they say to you?
He told others that or he told me, I guess, even afterwards, you were in my face.
You were in my face.
You can see that I was not in his face.
I was on a public sidewalk.
He was angry that I was videotaping.
He felt threatened because his face apparently and his license plate were being exposed.
He apparently felt intimidated and angry.
because I was making a recording of what he was doing in a public place and he lost it.
Well, right now the local prosecutors are investigating and I believe will bring charges against him.
I believe that he committed what's called felony battery.
He slammed me to the ground.
He was on top of me and I was uninjured, but you cannot touch someone.
You cannot throw them to the ground.
And the fact that I'm over age 60 and the fact that I was on a public sidewalk makes his conduct a felony.
And you are you OK?
I am fine.
I was shocked, you know, at the time, but I've become more militant for a number of reasons.
One is that, you know, you hang on.
You've become more militant as an attorney.
