Anyway, he was simply pumping gas and I was on a public sidewalk.
He put the pump down, started walking toward me briskly, broke into a run and then tackled me and then aggressively tried to take my phone out of my hands.
I'm 68 with a bad hip.
I used all my might.
I wouldn't let he was on top of me.
People were honking their horns.
I had said nothing to him.
