this information can be turned over to prosecutors uh to investigate whether or not crimes have been committed and ultimately the biometric data will be there so that the people that are committing crimes the agents that are violating the law will be held accountable um can you please uh talk to me finish your statement about her and biometric and what they're doing with her and i said she stood on business and they walked away

Yeah, you know, like I said, they have the right to ask questions.

They can walk up to anybody and say, are you a citizen?

Where were you born?

Can I see some identification?

They can say whatever they want.

But as you point out, it's intimidation.

But as a individual with constitutional rights, the Constitution applies to citizens and non-citizens alike.

You have the right to say,

I'm not answering your questions.

Am I free to go?

And then leave.

the people.

We have to stand up.

We have to stand shoulder to shoulder.

We have to speak out, speak up.

We have to resist.

I know that's not the specific answer we want.

But the truth is that if you're given a lawful order, you have to abide by it.

I would never suggest that someone physically resist an armed
