Yeah, they can't.
I mean, this is not my area of the law, but this is just common knowledge.
A police person cannot open or open someone's door or enter their home unless they have a search warrant.
Yeah, again, we don't know if she opened the door or they opened the door.
If that person opened the door, that is wrongful.
There are things called no-knock warrants where you can go up.
If you've got a dangerous criminal and a judge is signed off, they can come in the middle of the night.
I mean, we saw the horrible tragedy with Breonna Taylor.
But there are such warrants where they don't have to knock.
They just break the door down.
This is obviously not one of those circumstances.
This is ridiculous.
Don, let's be real here.
These are people who maybe, probably have not even... It's not a crime to be in this country without documentation.
That is a civil wrong.
So the escalation by the federal government is outrageous.
It's dangerous.
It's unconstitutional.
And this is not going to end well because there are people...
who legally have weapons in their home.
